The project involved the transformation from a vacant 25,000 sq. ft. office building to a new 101 bed Ibis Styles Hotel which is being run by Redefine BDL on behalf of Maven Capital Investors.
The project has an end value of around £10 million.
A syndicate of Caledon Capital investors originally purchased this building and realised a return in excess of 50% in 7 months.
